Branch By-Laws<\/a>\"\"<\/p>\n

The part of the by-laws that seem to be of greatest interest is the section detailing the composition of the branch executive and branch board:<\/p>\n

\nComposition<\/span><\/h3>\n

The branch board shall comprise six to 12 directors. Of these directors, four shall serve as the following officers: President, vice-president, secretary, and treasurer. Six directors are elected by the members at the branch annual Meeting and comprise the branch executive. The branch executive may appoint up to six additional directors. The four officer positions are appointed by the branch board from the branch executive.
